About Our Delivery Service

Your delivery will depend on the amount of mats you buy. Individual Mats weigh 30kg and large quantities will be delivered on pallets with the pallet itself weighing up to 30kg.

The cost of delivery is already included in the price quoted to you.

A small amount of mats (less than 10) will be delivered by local courier in a 7.5t or smaller vehicle. Larger orders will be delivered on pallets by articulated lorry. If an articulated lorry cannot reach your destination you will need to advise us at the point of order so that we can make special delivery arrangements.

You will require a forklift to unload mats from the lorry. Pallets can contain up to 60 mats so these pallets will weigh 1.8tonnes so your forklift will need to have sufficient lifting capabilities.

Should your forklift not having sufficient lifting capabilities then you will need sufficient manpower to quickly unload your mats one by one.

Palletised deliveries take approximately 5 working days and a day can be agreed with you.

Should you require a quicker delivery this can be quoted for as can weekend deliveries. Please call us to discuss this.

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (unless prior permission is given in writing by the client – in which case, we cannot be responsible for any losses or damages to the items). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods or sent separately. The pricing on the website is based upon mainland UK delivery. Other areas of the UK may be liable for an additional charge. Any additional charges will be confirmed with you after order. If you wish to cancel the order at this stage, then a full refund will be provided.

CHECKING YOUR DELIVERY - Please make sure you check your delivery carefully before signing for it. If you can see any sign of damage, please sign for it as damaged. We cannot claim any damages from the courier company on your behalf if the delivery is signed for in good condition.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Plus Retail shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Force Majeure

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns

If you need to return a product purchased from us then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. If you would like us to organise a collection on items to be returned, there will be a charge for this.

- The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
- If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.
- Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will exclude a refund of the original delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on our websites, or by phoning us on 0800 756 9670.
